Trip 143 - Sunday Afternoon - July 25th

Marcia's good friend Carol, husband Ray, he and I went down so he could see the Lake City Harbor and the lack of progress on Empty Pockets.

Ray ran a roofing company for a long time and is now in those years where other things are more iportant. A curious fellow with a great sense of humor and all kinds of stories to tell. One day they will move to Montana and leave the bitter weather to us.

Ray has restored many wooden boats. The wrecks I have seen and then later they are simply Bristol, it is an amazing thing to see. But one has to have the time and facilities for all the woodworking that must occur before ...

But, the transformation is amazing.
