eBay Central - Spaghetti - Thursday Mar 3rd

 

Just a brief update, a second note for 2010.

After the packing during and after Christmas, we decided to sell the higher dollar items so not to pack or move them. Are not we bright? So, I turned the living room into eBay Central.

eBay and Craigslist are wonderful tools. Items have to photographed completely and described with brutal honesty. That way, there are no surprises with whoever buys the item. Packaging a small item is easy, but when one has to make a wooden crate or make cardboard boxes, that sure slows a guy down.

But before we get into that, my nephew mentioned he wanted to see my Gourmet Cooking once again.

He, was in luck.

 

Not a bad batch of pasghetti. I oil the noodles with just a smidgeon of Olive Oil. Then, they do not glump together.

 

All ready for the ground beef and Green Giant Gourmet Mushrooms - Pieces and Stems.

I have started to measure the noodles and the meat.

 

All done. Some will be frozen, some refrigerated.

Now, it is time for my dinner.

 

One needs an area to photograph the items. I like to use a two light setup with Radio triggers. Some of my leftovers from the stoodeeo.

The area to the left of the tv and on the floor were packed with over forty items we sold.
