Trip 119 - Tuesday Afternoon - Oct 6th
There are two seasons in Minnesota. Winter, and road construction.
So, with winter coming on, it is time to put Empty Pockets on "The Hard".

Thought I would document the trip to the dock.
First off, I like to fetch a couple cases for the guys. Who have been outside, all day, in the rain. And who do an admirable job of caring for your vessel.
Thanks guys.
First stop was the blue line.
Then, the red line is my journey from the slip to the inner harbor. The little blip about half way was when the motor simply fell asleep. This never has happened before. Ever. Not being in any danger, I collected my thoughts, went below and cranked it up again. Ran great all the way to the dock.
When all was done, I returned to the slip to see if I left -anything- behind. I had not. Then went to the car to return home.

All set to go.

"Dueling Pressure Washers"

The harbormaster decided to leave it on the trailer until the morning. I asked to be put into a spot out of the wind (if possible) and near an electrical outlet. Knowing, there was some refreshments waiting, he agreed to without hesitation. Thanks Jeff.
The bottom had some algae growth, but no zebra mussels on any bottom painted surface. There were some, however, on the prop and shaft.

A nice spinnaker pole bracket.

Til next year ...
