Trip 75 - Sunday - May 17th

One last push to get Empty Pockets ready for its debut on the water Monday morning. Tom came down and helped with the shore power receptacles and painted my name on the cradle.

We now have the finest looking cradle in the harbor!

Tim also sent over some snapshot of his 21'er. Sure looks nice, but that is what I would expect from him. Nothing less.

Tom checking out the receptacle.

One side done, ready for wires.

Early on, a lot of power boaters showed up off the point. They are not fishing but seem to have some really fast boats.

I asked Tom to paint my last name on the cradle. Handed him a horrible brush and he did not blame the tools, but went right to work.

All done ... Nice ...

I did the bottom paint for the various thruhulls and also the rudder. All received two generous coats.

I like things laid out so I can see them, and know where they are.

Manana ...

Tim purchased a 21'er Precision in Canada.

One thing with both sons, if they buy used, in no time it -has- to look like new. There is a mark'ed difference between what he brought home and what you see here. Tom is the same.

Looking good it is !

Later ...
